Check your brands

Review the current Accepted Brands & Payout Guide and send approval photos for any “Maybe” brands before you pack.

Create your vendor account

Set up your login now so you’re ready to go. You won’t be able to access your portal just yet — it stays locked until your first box arrives and we’ve processed and activated your account. Once your items are live, log in anytime to track your listings, sales and payouts.

Organise your pickup

Once your items are checked, washed and packed, complete the pickup form so we can arrange your courier.

Only items from the Accepted Brands List are accepted.

Inspect every item

No stains, damage, excessive wear or missing pieces.

Freshly wash everything

Items must be freshly washed before sending.

Found another pile of outgrown clothing? Current consignors can send an additional box before their consignment period ends.

  • 15+ Yes-brand items per add-on box.
  • 📷 “Maybe” brands require photo approval first.
  • Any accepted size range is welcome.
  • Courier is at your own cost for add-on boxes.

Payout information

Paid weekly, every Monday

Bank transfer

Your brand’s rate

Paid in cash, based on the final selling price.

Store credit

Rate +20%

A 50% brand becomes 70%. Credit is valid for 12 months.

Every brand has its own payout rate. Items that are flawed or not in excellent used condition (VGUC) list at 20% less than the rate shown. The Thrifting Den absorbs 100% of any sale discounts.

Example: a 50% brand selling for $40 pays $20 by bank transfer (50%) or $28 in store credit (70%).
