Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes:

We strive to ensure a prompt delivery experience. While carrier delivery times may vary, our usual processing timeline involves dispatching your order for pickup within 1 - 2 business days of placement.

NZ Shipping Costs:

We offer flat-rate shipping options to cater to your location:

  • Urban Addresses: $8.00NZD
  • Rural Addresses: $12.00NZD

We also offer free shipping for orders exceeding set thresholds:

  • Urban Addresses: Free shipping on orders over $150
  • Rural Addresses: Free shipping on orders over $170

Please Note (for domestic shipments):

  • To avoid delays, ensure you select the correct shipping rate at checkout. Our courier system automatically identifies rural addresses. Selecting the urban rate for a rural address will require you to settle the rural surcharge before shipment, including free shipping orders.
  • We utilize NZ Post for courier services. Once your package is picked up, any delivery concerns should be directed to NZ Post.
  • We offer support for undelivered packages after 7 business days. Please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
  • We kindly remind you that we cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the courier's possession.

 

Pick Ups

Pick ups are available between 9:30am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Please contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice before collecting your order, and confirm your day and approximate time.

  • Orders must be collected within 14 days of being marked ready. If not collected, you will be invoiced for shipping and your order will be sent via courier.

 

Australia Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping option of $15AUD. 
No free shipping option at this time.
We unfortunately cannot ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Please note customers are responsible for all customs duty, taxes (VAT), and import fees, if any, upon arrival in Australia.

Combining Orders and Shipping

Adding Items to Existing Orders:

You can now add extra items to your order yourself—no code needed!

After checkout, simply follow the prompts on the Thank You Page immediately after purchase, or refer to your Order Confirmation email and click the 'View Or Edit Your Order' button.

You may continue adding items until your original order is fulfilled and tracking information has been sent. Once tracking is issued, no further items can be added.

Important Considerations

The free shipping threshold applies to a single order only. It cannot be accumulated across multiple orders - even those combined using the “Add to Order” feature.

This feature is intended only for orders that already have an unfulfilled shipment.

Once your initial order has shipped (tracking sent), you’ll need to place a new order with standard shipping.

Combining Multiple Orders:

To optimize efficiency and minimize waste, we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed within a short timeframe for a single shipment, even if separate shipping fees were paid.

 

Holds & Open Bags

We unfortunately do not offer holds of items or 'open bags'

Due to the amount of orders received each week coupled with lack of storage space & admin capabilities, we are unable to offer any 'open bag' services or to hold your items for more than 24 hours.
