There are 2 options of payment;

OPTION 1 - Bank Transfer
- 50% for EUC/like new/BNWT items
- 30% for VGUC/GUC items (any items that are listed as having flaws)

When you items sell you will get 50% of the sale via bank transfer every Monday. ie if an item sold for $30, you would make $15 from that sale
-- For items that are not EUC or better you will only recieve 30%

OPTION 2 - Store Credit
- 70% for EUC/like new/BNWT items
- 50% for VGUC/GUC items (any items that are listed as having flaws)

When you items sell you will bet 70% of the sale via Thrifting Den gift card each week. ie if an item sold for $30, you would make $21 from that sale.

If you have not spent the previous weeks gift card or have value remaning, this will be added onto your following weeks amount and so forth until the end of the consignment period. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, do not have to be used all at once and cannot be split or exchanged for cash.
-- For items that are not EUC or better you will only recieve 50%

You will have access to an online portal to be able to view your items, earnings and previous payouts at any time.

Packs are restocked on the 1st of every month at 8pm

- Have at least 15 "YES" branded items (this does not include any "MAYBE" branded items that may be accepted)

- Have your items freshly washed (incl. items that have been in storage) and if sending footwear make sure soles are scrubbed to get rid of any loose dirt

- Package must be ready to send within 7 days of purchasing a pack (extensions past 7 days are not possible due to popularity of the packs)

You can leave that one up to us!

Many things go into pricing an item. RRP, condition, brand, size, current market resell value and more.

Prices are decided to ensure you get a good return for your items but also making sure the price is fair & competitive for the customer.

Please note this service is not a money making service and is more a service directed at busy parents who do not have the time to on-sell their mini's clothing.

Please select the pack size that reflects the majority of sizes you are sending.

You are more than welcome to send sizes outside of the size range you have purchased as long as they meet the criteria.

For example if you have 25x newborn size items and 10x 2 year old sized items, please select the 'New Baby (newborn up to 6 months)' pack to purchase.

No - there is no maximum limit to the amount of items you can send, we have dealt with consignments of over 600 pieces before from one individual consignor.

Please note however the $10 fee is to subsidise the FIRST box being sent (which has a max size limit), any extra's are to be sent at your own cost.

If you have 30+ EUC items in the following brands (singular brand - not across all of the ones listed) please contact us via Instagram or the live chat here as it is possible we can slot you in, even if packs are sold out!

If your item is a "YES" branded item, it doesn't matter what season it is as it will be automatically accepted!

Please note however that a puffer jacket is less likely to sell in mid summer vs the start of winter and pricing of items will reflect that, however a lot of customers do buy ahead for next seasons!

Any "MAYBE" branded items that are out of season are likely to not be accepted.

You have 7 days from purchasing a Sell With Us pack to have your items ready for collection (this timeframe is not extendable).

Once recieved you will be notified of their arrival and the usual time frame for your items to start being listed into drops/onto the website is between 2 - 3 weeks (4 weeks maximum).

Please note majority of your items are likely to be 'drafted' into upcoming drops, this means some of your items may go live one week, and the remainder the next week (it is unlikely, although not impossible that they will be spread over a 3 week drop period - vast majority are 1 or 2 weeks max.)

Your consignment ends 6 weeks after your last item(s) have gone live on the website - 4 weeks at full price and the last 2 weeks at 30% off sale in the Last Chance Sale section.

All detail & dates of drops will be communicated to you once your items have been drafted/listed.

Any items that haven't sold after the first 4 weeks of all of your items being listed, will be marked down to 30% sale and put into the Last Chance Sale section of the website where they will remain for the final 2 weeks of your consigment.

Any items remaining at the end of your consigment you will have the choice to...
- have them sent back to you
- have them donated to Nurturing Families
- have them purchased via our Closet Cashout programme

In some circumstances some items may not be accepted, this can be due to condition (a missed hole for example) or accidentally adding in unaccepted items like "NO" brands, or "MAYBE" brands that didn't get approval before sending.

You will be given the choice to have the item(s) sent back to you however postage will be at your cost. Or potentially have the items donated to Nurturing Families or put into the Sunday Seconds Sale (depends on condition of the item).

See below table for a list of brands that are accepted ("YES"), brands that maybe accepted but require photos to be sent through first ("MAYBE") and brands that are not accepted("NO").

Please also make note of the 'exceptions' list at the top of the brand table.

If you have brands that are not on the list please send through photos via email or Instagram after  you purchase a Sell With Us pack (if accepted these will be counted as "MAYBE" items and do not count towards the 15 minimum "YES" branded items)

We do not approve 'MAYBE' branded photos before a Sell With Us spot is secured.

Instagram preferred but email is also suitable.

But please do not send through any photos for approval until after you have purchased a Sell With Us spot and not before hand. And reminder any "MAYBE" branded items that might be accepted, will not count towards the minimum of 15 "YES" branded items.

No - the Sell With Us spot cost itself is just a $10 subsidy to cover the cost of booking your package for pickup.

You are welcome to use any box you have as long as it is no larger than a Huggies 72 pack nappy box. Or does not have a volume greater than 28,000cm3 (to work out volume of box, multiply width by height by length)

Yes absolutley.

As long as your items have not yet hit their final 2 weeks, you are welcome to add more to your consignment via our Consignor Zone.

Please note the rule of a minimum of 15 "YES" branded items applies to additional items.

We recommend organising your items you want to sell prior to purchasing a pack, as this will make the process much faster.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your Sell With Us pack please contact us ASAP, your $10 fee will be refunding via gift card (Sell With Us packs are non-refundable by other payment methods).

If you do not make contact within 7 days your Sell With Us pack will be voided and a $10 gift card issued.

Unforutnatley due to the popularity of Sell With Us packs plus many behind the scenes admin factors, this 7 day deadline is unable to be extended for any reason.

* NO hats, socks, headbands, bows, beanies, booties etc unless they are part of a matching outfit
* NOT accepting any of the recent $10 Jamie Kay items from their Xmas sales onwards and on sale tencel essentials (essentials that have style & colour on inside care label)
* NO bloomers of any brand (even if it is a YES brand and/or BNWT) unless they are part of a complete outfit (ie dress & bloomers same size & condition)
* Bonds ONLY accepting Wondersuits - any other Bonds items are ‘MAYBE’ and require photo
* NO xmas themed items of ANY brand (this includes ‘YES’ brands)
* Any sleepwear MUST have the neck fire label still attached (red or white fire warning)
* Not currently accepting ANY swimwear (even if it is a YES brand and/or BNWT)
