Here you'll find everything you need to start your journey selling with The Thrifting Den and turning those outgrown clothes into cash or credit back into your pocket.

To get started you must have an active sell with us spot running. if you haven't already secured a spot, do that first by reading about our sell with us service and purchasing a spot.

let's get started...

STEP 1 - 📝  CREATE A VENDOR ACCOUNT

Head to our Vendor Portal and create an account here.

This is where you will be able to see all of your items once they are listed, what's sold, what your payout is going to be, previous pay outs etc.

Please note you won't have access to your portal until we have received, processed and finalised your items!

STEP 2 - 📸  SEND THROUGH ANY PHOTOS

If you have any 'maybe' branded items, please ensure photos are sent through for approval. 

the fastest way is via instagram @the.thrifting.den, otherwise please email info@thethriftingden.com.

You do not need to send through any photos from 'yes' branded items.

STEP 3 - 🚚  BOOK A COURIER

once your box is ready to go head here to organise pick up.

please allow up to 2 business days for use to book your pick up and email you back with the detail required for your box.

📦 ADD ON MORE ITEMS

Finished another clear-out and want to keep earning?

If you’d like to add more items to your consignment, you can send an add-on box any time before your consignment period finishes.

Add-ons are sent at your own courier cost.

Your add-on must include at least 15 Yes-branded items, and any “Maybe” brands still need approval.

You can send any sizes you have - they don’t need to match your original range.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payouts are made weekly as your items sell - there are no upfront payments.

We offer two payout options:

1️⃣ Bank Transfer:
💵 Paid every Monday via bank transfer for the previous week’s sales.
50% of the sale price - for high-demand and premium brands in EUC / Like New / BNWT condition
40% of the sale price - for other accepted brands in EUC / Like New / BNWT condition
🩶 Items listed as VGUC with minor flaws receive 20% less than the above rates. (ie. a 50% payout now becomes 30%)

2️⃣ Store Credit:
🎁 Issued every Monday as a Thrifting Den Gift Card - unused credit rolls over and remains valid for 12 months.
70% of the sale price - for high-demand brands in EUC / Like New / BNWT condition
• 60% of the sale price - for other accepted brands in EUC / Like New / BNWT condition
🩶 Items listed as VGUC with minor flaws receive 20% less than the above rates. (ie. a 70% payout now becomes 50%)

💬 Payout rates vary by brand - please refer to the Brand List on the Sell With Us page for a full breakdown before sending your items.

Example:
A $40 Hux item = $20 payout (50%) via cash or $28 (70%) via store credit.

ADD ON MORE

Finished another clear-out and want to keep earning?

You can send an Add-On Box anytime before your consignment period ends.

Please note the requirements for adding on more items:

Minimum of 15 “Yes” branded items (from the Accepted Brands List).
“Maybe” brands do not count toward the 15 minimum.
Maybe brands still require approval - please email photos before sending.
Any size range is fine - add-ons do not need to match your original range.
Postage is at your cost for sending additional items. We only subsidise the first box.
• Please re-check the Brand List before sending, as accepted brands can change.
