Returns & Sizing Issues

We do not offer returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, or fit issues.

Sizing and fit can vary between brands and styles, and as most items are preloved, fit may also vary slightly depending on wear and washing. We recommend checking measurements or researching brand sizing before purchasing if you are unsure.

Returns or refunds will only be provided if an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or does not meet your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We understand that shopping preferences can change. Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Prior to Shipment: Cancellations or modifications (ie cancellation of just one item) to your order can be made before it ships. However, a 10% administration fee will be applied to cover Shopify and payment processing costs associated with your order as well as admin.

  • After Shipment: Order cancellations initiated after your order ships will require you to arrange and cover the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% administration fee will be applied to cover Shopify and payment processing costs associated with your order as well as admin.


Discrepancies and Order Inquiries

We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that an item is found to be defective, damaged, not as described, or if you receive an incorrect item, please promptly notify us within two (2) weeks of the marked delivery date. This allows us to efficiently investigate the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Regrettably, claims regarding order discrepancies reported beyond the two-week window may not be eligible for rectification.


Exclusions from Return Policy

To ensure a smooth returns process, please note that certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Seconds and Deadstock: Due to their discounted pricing and "as-is" nature, items explicitly listed as "Seconds" or "Deadstock" cannot be returned, including via our services. These items are offered at a significant reduction to reflect their condition and are considered final sale.

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are also non-returnable. This policy allows us to offer competitive sale prices.

  • Services: Any services offered are not eligible for a refund. This includes but is not limited to Sell With Us, Sell With Us Mini, Closet Cashout etc. Please ensure you are 100% committed to using the service before purchasing
  • Gift Cards: Given the nature of gift cards, they are not eligible for returns.


Refund Processing

Upon arrival & inspection of your return, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to reflect the funds in your account.

Exchanges

As a completely online store, we are currently unable to facilitate direct exchanges for products. However, to ensure your satisfaction, we offer a streamlined return and reorder process.

Simply follow the standard return procedure outlined in our Returns Policy. Once your return is approved, you can then place a new order for the desired size or item. This allows you to enjoy the convenience of online shopping while ensuring you receive the perfect product
