First, what condition is most of your box in?

We're quite particular about the condition of everything we accept, so our customers always know exactly what quality to expect. This just helps us point you the right way from the start.

Just so you know: our condition requirements are that items must be new, like new, or excellent used condition (EUC). See our Condition Definitions for details. Items with flaws such as stains, holes, or major wear are likely not to be accepted.

These items aren't a fit for us right now

Sell With Us and Closet Cashout are both for pieces in excellent used condition, like new condition, or brand new condition. Items with heavier wear or damage don't meet either service's requirements. That doesn't mean they're not worth keeping out of landfill though, your local textile recycling centre is a great next stop for these.

This is likely too small a box for us right now

Both of our services need a full box to work properly. Sell With Us requires a minimum of 15 accepted items to book. Closet Cashout doesn't have an exact number, but it needs a full box too, we can only make you a strong offer, and make the process worthwhile on our end, when there's enough in it. Once you've got more together, we'd love to have you try again.
