We check over your items, put together your offer, and send it through for you to approve before you get paid.
We'll find new homes for your clothes, keep them out of landfill, and put a little something back in your pocket - cash or store credit (store credit gives 10% more per brand).

A few things worth knowing before you send your box back.
How are payouts decided, and what are my payment options?
Each accepted brand has its own payout percentage, shown as a share of the item's resale value when you search above. You can be paid in cash, or choose store credit instead for 10% more on top of that base rate. Send your best, most sought-after brands in top condition to earn the most - see our bonus below for a reward once your box's payout adds up.
What happens to items you don't buy?
If an item isn't accepted, you can choose to have it sent back to you at your own cost, or we'll add it to our Seconds Garage Sale, with all proceeds going to charity.
What condition and requirements apply?
We only accept kids' and baby clothing, premmie to 8 years, in excellent preloved condition. See the brand search above for the full list of brands we currently buy.
Is there a timeframe to send the box back?
Yes - your Rehome Box needs to be booked in for courier pickup within 14 days of receiving it. After that, the prepaid shipping label will be cancelled.
What if I have more than what fits in the box?
If you've got more to send than fits in your Rehome Box, our Closet Cashout service is the way to go.

No guarantee of purchase: sending a Rehome Box doesn't guarantee every item will be purchased. We only buy items that meet our current brand, style and condition criteria (see the brand search above). Anything not accepted will be donated or responsibly recycled unless you request its return at your own cost.
Payment timing: once your box arrives, we'll review it and get your payout (cash or store credit) sorted as soon as possible. You'll be notified by email once it's processed.
