We'll inspect your items once they arrive & you’ll get an offer based on their resale value. Say yes, and you’ll get paid—cash or Store Credit (with an extra 10%).

You have 4 weeks from receiving The Rehome Box to have it on our way back to us.

Payouts are based on the item’s resale value—e.g., a $36 listing at 40% gets you $14.40.

Not thrilled with the offer? We can send your item(s) back at your cost. No haggling though, prices are set!

Unaccepted items can be returned to you (you cover the cost) or donated to our seconds sale with funds going to Nurturing Families.

Slightly flawed high payout branded items might still be accepted but with a smaller payout.

Seriously flawed or low payout brands that have issues? They’re a no-go.

For donation items, we kindly encourage you to support your local op shop or charity, as they can make the biggest impact.

"Cash" which would be bank transfer based on the below brand percentage amounts. Please allow up to 14 days for payment with this option (majority are paid within 7 days)

Or Store Credit where you can earn an extra 10% on the payout amount (ie. a brand that sits under the 40% payout percentage would now earn you 50%). Store Credit is paid out within 24 hours max.
