These services work differently and each has its own brand acceptance rules, condition standards, and expectations.

Knowing what’s required will help you choose the right option and save time, hassle, and potential costs later.

🔄 How These Services Work.

SELL WITH US

A curated consignment service where we sell your items on your behalf and you get paid as they sell.

This option generally offers higher payouts per item, but is more selective and only accepts specific in-demand brands and items in excellent condition.

Best suited if you’re happy to wait for items to sell and want the strongest return on higher-value pieces.

CLOSET CASHOUT

A bulk payout service - simple and fast. You send your clothes, we assess them, and you receive a payout based on resale value.

Payouts are generally lower per item than Sell With Us, but this service accepts a wider range of brands and is ideal if you’re looking for quick, easy cash without waiting for items to sell individually.

✅ You Must Send Only Accepted Brands

Each service has a list of alphabetised list of accepted brands on its service page.

❗ A brand accepted for one service may not be accepted for the other - please review the correct list before sending items.

Please don’t send items from brands that are not listed for the service you chose. If you’re unsure, check the relevant service page before booking.

🧼 Condition Standards Apply to Both Services

For either service to accept your items, they must be:

✔ Clean and freshly laundered
✔ Free from stains, holes, heavy wear, wash fade, or damage
✔ Fully resale-ready with no rectifying required

These condition expectations are the same as those listed on the Sell With Us and Closet Cashout pages. Items that don’t meet these standards cannot be accepted into either service & will be returned at the customers cost.
