How it works...
- Purchase a merino Buy Back Pack (you will receive an email confirming the detail)
- Box/Bag up your merino & contact us to organise pick up
- When received we will check over all items to review condition & email you with the final credit amount offered for you to approve.
Premium brand merino items will receive double the amounts listed in the pricing structure table below.

- minor piling/bobbling ok

- very small/light marks/stains (small is 1cm in diameter or smaller)

Any items that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted and you will have the option to have them sent back to you at your own cost ($6.50 Urban - $9.50 Rural) or they will be purchased at $1 each maximum.

This includes styles that are not listed in the table above ie. dresses, socks etc
Any majorly defected items will not be purchased at all and can either be sent back as per the above or will be sent to @toto_and_oz to be repurposed.
FAQ's
Can I send Bonds items as in the package as well instead of buying a separate Bonds Buy Back pack?
Only if it is 3 of the accepted Bonds styles and no more - any more will require you to purchase a separate Bonds Buy Back pack

NOTE:
- Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of your items to us contacting you
- Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Store Credit will be given in the form of a 'Gift Card' and will have a 12 month expiry
- Store Credit does not have to be used all at one time & can be used to purchase any items on The Thrifting Den
- Your Store Credit Gift Card will not be able to be used in conjunction with discount codes and/or rewards vouchers
- Store Credit can be gifted to someone else - we will just require their details
